DISC
DISC is an interactive and immediately applicable framework that helps participants improve their communication skills and build better relationships by understanding the role of communication styles and preferences.
This program uses a DISC self-assessment to:
Help participants develop a deep awareness of their own communication styles and preferences
Learn how to leverage their styles and preferences for effectiveness and
Provide practical strategies for improving relationships across communication differences.
Workshops are designed and customized to meet each client’s unique needs.
Cultural Compentency
As a qualified administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), I design custom cultural competency training programs using the Intercultural Development Continuum and its companion assessment tool, the IDI.
The IDI is the only development assessment tool that measures cultural competence and brings extensive and in-depth insights to individuals and organizations. Participants gain a deep understanding of cultural competency and how shifting mindsets and behaviors can increase diversity, equity and inclusion.
A custom training program may include a half-day workshop, individual assessment and coaching for participants, and a developmental roadmap designed specifically to meet the goals of each unique client.
