About Me.

Hi, my name is Jill! I spent almost 20 years practicing law before shifting my focus to leadership development, communication, and inclusion. During a year-long fellowship with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity in 2013, I became deeply interested in how professionals grow—not just in expertise, but in presence, clarity, and resilience.

That experience led me to create my law firm’s first role dedicated to professional development and inclusion, where I built mentoring programs, launched leadership academies, and supported hundreds of attorneys in their growth. Then I went back to school and became a certified Integral Coach.

Now, I bring all of my training and experience together and work with leaders and organizations who want to strengthen how they lead—especially in complex, high-stakes environments.

Grounded in Integral methodology and informed by years of corporate experience, my approach combines strategic insight with structured support to help clients lead with greater intention, effectiveness, and ease.
